The Freesat connected app is designed with the intention of puttling all the functionality of the current set top box
into the palm of the users hand. So remodelling the already defined system to work across iPhone and iPad initally
then rolling out to Android devices.
The interaction model for the set top box itself was completely new using a now, next way of moving users through content on the box instead of the traditional grid format. We used exactly the same interaction model when it came to designing the connected apps as well staying true to the brand and overall user experience.
